A. We are located just 2 blocks south of campus making it a short walk to the center of campus.

Q. Why is Alpine Court special?
A. The design of Alpine Court encourages a friendly and sociable atmosphere. All the rooms face each other and there is a large courtyard in the center perfect for parties, events, chatting, and studying. We are not a large complex, so all the girls really get to know each other. Many of our residents choose to stay all 4 years at Alpine Court because they love the welcoming environment. Also, the managers live just around the corner so maintenance, questions, and concerns are always answered promptly. Monthly parties and events also set Alpine Court apart from other complexes.

Q. Who manages Alpine Court Apartments?
A. Alpine Court is managed by EdgeCreek. The onsite Managers are Natalie and Michael Duerden.

Q. Can my daughter request her roommate(s)?
A. We do our best to accommodate each girls floor and roommate (s) request. To ensure rooms together we recommend signing up early as assignments are generally made on a first come, first serve basis.

A. Yes. We abide by the BYU Off-Campus Contract which requires each tenant to live by the honor code. Men are not allowed in bedrooms, bathrooms, or private areas.

Q. Are there other study alternatives besides my daughter’s apartment at Alpine Court?
